Introduction

My name is Stacey Uhrig and people call me the Mindset Fipper™ but I am for all intensive purposes a Trauma Recovery Specialist.

From a young age, I had a deep passion for helping others. The eldest of 4, I often found myself as the resident guru of all things needed to be solved from an emotional perspective. Pulling from my own life experiences (and childhood struggles) I somehow found the words of wisdom to help people see their own life challenges through a different lens.

Though I graduated with a B.S in Speech Pathology and Audiology with a specialty in working with the DEAF and Autistic communities, in my 20s I found myself involved in the “family business”. During this time I coached hundreds of individuals on how to best represent their true authentic selves. This required the ability to hear each individual’s unique story, become an avid listener, pull back the layers in a specific area of life challenge, guide them to see things through a new lens, and help rebuild their own improved vision of themselves.

In 2012, after nearly 18 years in business, we closed our doors and a new chapter of my life began. As a new “Stay at Home Mom” I required a level of internal strength I had not before. During this time I dove deep into the readings of Brene Brown, Don Miguel Ruiz, Eckhart Tolle, and others as a way to flip my own mindset and move toward a new perspective on life.  I have endured self-help by way of clinical therapies, readings from thought leaders, Yoga, Acupuncture, countless hours of training on the topics of Narcissism and Trauma.

In 2019 I launched this new business (yes, I was scared!) focused on helping people flip their own mindsets. Through a combination of 1:1 coaching sessions both at the conscious and subconscious levels, I successfully help people see their life challenges through a new lens leading to a sense of greater power, purpose, and peace.
